Reconciliation Action Plan

Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan 2026–2027

Rowe Group Planning, Rowe Group Design and Proven Project Management are proud to present our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), developed in partnership with Reconciliation Australia.

Our RAP reflects our commitment to strengthening relationships, respect and opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, while continuing to learn, listen and grow as an organisation.

As a business working across planning, urban design and project delivery throughout Western Australia, we recognise the importance of Country, community, culture and collaboration in shaping meaningful places and positive outcomes.

Connection — 2025

Artwork by Jacinta Anderson

This artwork represents Community, Connection and Vision, values that align closely with Rowe Group and Proven Project Management’s commitment to collaboration, respect and shared understanding.

The painting reflects the deep connections between people, land, culture and community, while also symbolising learning, growth and the importance of working together towards a stronger future.

We are proud to feature this artwork as part of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan journey.

About the Artist

Jacinta Anderson is a proud Noongar yorga with family connections to the Mineng, Yuet and Whadjuk regions of Western Australia.

Through her artwork, Jacinta expresses culture, storytelling and connection using Aboriginal symbols and visual language that carry deep cultural significance and meaning.

Her work focuses on connection, identity and community, while also encouraging younger generations to express themselves through art and culture.

Our Commitment to Reconciliation

Across Western Australia, Rowe Group and Proven Project Management have worked alongside Aboriginal Corporations, Traditional Owners, consultants and communities through a range of planning and project delivery initiatives.

Our experience includes engagement and collaboration across projects located on Wardandi, Whadjuk, Payungu, Nhuwala, Kariyarra and Worla Country. These projects have involved Aboriginal Cultural Heritage investigations, stakeholder engagement, design responses and ongoing collaboration through planning and project implementation processes.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our office is located, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation.

We also acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the many lands and places throughout Western Australia where we work and collaborate.

We recognise that our work has a direct connection to land, culture and community, and we are committed to continuing to learn, engage respectfully and contribute positively through our projects and relationships.
